Anonymized Data Usage

We may generate anonymized, aggregated insights from user data to understand medicine demand patterns, regional pricing trends, and market dynamics. This anonymized data:

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app.

  1. Open the Medixpire app
  2. Tap the profile icon (top-right corner on the dashboard)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Read the warning and tap "Delete" to confirm
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including bill images, medicine records, invoices, and distributor records will be permanently removed.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:

No personal data is retained after account deletion. The deletion is immediate and irreversible. Previously generated anonymized aggregates (which contain no personal information) are not affected.

Data Retention

While your account is active, all data is retained to provide the service. We do not retain any personal data after account deletion.

You can also delete individual bills, medicines, and invoices from within the app at any time without deleting your entire account.
