By downloading, installing, or using Medixpire ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Medixpire helps medical shopkeepers track medicine expiry dates by scanning purchase bills, extracting medicine details, and sending expiry alerts. The app also helps manage stock returns to distributors.
You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of medicine inventory and expiry tracking. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
The app uses your device camera to scan medicine bills. Images are uploaded to our servers for AI-powered text extraction. By using this feature, you consent to this processing. You must only scan bills that you are authorized to access.
While we strive for accurate extraction of medicine details from bills, the AI-powered OCR may occasionally produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the extracted data before confirming a bill.
The app sends expiry alert notifications via push notifications and optionally via WhatsApp. You can manage notification preferences on your device. We are not liable for missed alerts due to device settings or connectivity issues.
The app and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Medixpire and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Medixpire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from expired stock, missed return deadlines, or inaccurate data extraction. The app is a tracking aid and does not replace professional inventory management practices.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
